【问题描述】使用obd cluster start demo重启数据库报错
【复现路径】修改内存和cpu之后，重启数据库，kill掉observer进程后，使用obd cluster start demo,启动报错，报错连不上connect to observer

ALTER RESOURCE UNIT sys_unit_config MAX_CPU 2, MEMORY_SIZE ‘5G’;

demo集群默认应该是6G大小。你给sys租户扩容为5G就不合理了。还有一个system_memory也需要占用内存的

root用户密码启动之后也改过，是不是密码导致的连不上，修改了配置文件的root_password启动也不行

黑屏化启动ob试试吧。
cd ~/xxxx/oceanbase
./bin/observer -o “datafile_size=20G,log_disk_size=20G”
当前数据库有数据么，最好方法是铲掉重建 demo集群本就是最小可用模式的测试集群不建议进行长期运行的，推荐使用obd web白屏化部署集群，自己配置集群参数
