【问题描述】安装oms时报错：oms-ce-py_script_connect_db_check-1.0.0 RuntimeError: ‘NoneType’ object is not callable以及告警 ：If the cm_url is not VIP configured, keep the port consistent with cm_server_port。健康检查失败
【复现路径】在麒麟v10操作系统上安装了obd4.3.5，以及odc4.2.3。使用的oms图形化操作界面安装方式。
