容器启动OceanBase是 ce服务无法启动

【使用环境】生产环境Docker
【 OB or 其他组件】 OB
【使用版本】4.3.5-lts
【问题描述】OceanBase 突然连接不上，重启后CE一直无法启动。相关配置
- MINI_MODE=1 # 迷你模式（必需！）
- OB_DATAFILE_SIZE=1G # 数据文件初始大小
- OB_LOG_DISK_SIZE=4G # 日志磁盘大小
- OB_MEMORY_LIMIT=8G # 内存限制
- OB_SYSTEM_MEMORY=3G # 系统保留内存这个配置是配置再docker-compose上的，启动后一直使用。后面重启的时候因为ob-ce无法启动。没法提升配置（我们会把/root/.obd/cluster映射出来）

ob不推荐容器化长期运行的，提供一份observer日志看看是什么原因
