oceanbase初始化失败

【问题描述】
首次使用observer命令启动oceanbase数据库时失败
【复现路径】
创建相关文件夹:
mkdir -p /data1/data/1/node/{etc3,sstable,slog}
mkdir -p /data1/data/log1/node/{clog,etc2}
mkdir -p /home/admin/oceanbase/store/node
ln -s /data1/data /data
for t in {etc3,sstable,slog};do ln -s /data/1/node/$t /home/admin/oceanbase/store/node/$t; done
for t in {clog,etc2};do ln -s /data/log1/node/$t /home/admin/oceanbase/store/node/$t; done
chmod -R 777 /home/admin/
chown -R admin:admin /home/admin/
chmod -R 777 /data/
chown -R admin:admin /data/
初始化数据库:
su admin
cd /home/admin/oceanbase && /home/admin/oceanbase/bin/observer -I 127.0.0.1 -P 2882 -p 3306 -z zone -d /home/admin/oceanbase/store/node -r ‘127.0.0.1:2882:3306’ -c 123 -n node -o “system_memory=30G,datafile_size=200G,config_additional_dir=/data/1/node/etc3;/data/log1/node/etc2” -l ERROR
observer进程未能正常启动,已检查启动前没有相关进程残留

操作系统内存多少,clog和data盘分配多大,是否为同盘。
