【复现路径】
恢复命令
alter system recover table test.a to tenant mysql from ‘file:///backup/oceanbase/wuhan/1717728090/tenant_incarnation_1/1002/data,file:///backup/oceanbase/wuhan/1717728090/tenant_incarnation_1/1002/clog’ until time=‘2024-07-02 15:02:57’ with ‘pool_list=recover_pool’;
