都是独立的机器，ocp单独，其它3个ob
配置发下吧。 OB的物理配置 和您 ocp 配置ob的资源
去对应的ob 服务器上拿下 Observer.log 这个日志吧 。

看看配置文件。
请重新启动，取下各节点启动时间的observer日志，以及提供下部署配置 obd cluster edit-config xxx
修改过了的，是ocp这台机器的ip地址+8080端口
上面的信息提供下。
重新建集群了，可能是之前出错后，回滚后没有清理干净集群中每个机器上的历史文件
