手动rpm安装的 
，有些软件包有依赖冲突，看提示应该是 obproxy-debuginfo-3.2.10.0-20221231235818.el7.x86_64
file /usr/lib/debug/home from install of oceanbase-debuginfo-3.2.3.3-108020022023051212.el7.x86_64，把这个把卸载一下再看看。
ps：
这种手动“硬安装”还是有调整，依赖包以及冲突可能会比较大，建议参考官网对应的版本的安装指引文档。
是已经安装过 obproxy-debuginfo-3.2.10.0-20221231235818.el7.了吧，卸载了试下呢
