在主机杀掉observer进程kill-9后，手工启动observer进程失败，
cd oceanbase/
[admin@observer02 oceanbase]$ ./bin/observer

[admin@observer02 oceanbase]$ ls
admin audit bin etc etc2 etc3 lib log run store
[admin@observer02 oceanbase]$ cd bin
[admin@observer02 bin]$ ls
import_srs_data.py import_time_zone_info.py observer
[admin@observer02 bin]$ . observer
-bash: .: observer: cannot execute binary file
环境变量有问题，设置下环境变量
export LD_LIBRARY_PATH=$LD_LIBRARY_PATH:/home/admin/myoceanbase/oceanbase/lib
