obServer安装报错，init obconnector failed,Could not connect to address host=localhost

obpoc_20230406.tar 1ocp + 3 observer 安装部署，创建集群这一步报错
init ob

connector failed,Could not connect to address host=localhost

问题已解决。NTP时钟服务器没有配好导致的。
