【问题描述】ocp计划用docker部署在192.168.80.26这台主机上，meta和monitor在configure.yaml配置文件中涉及到的server填写的都是192.168.80.26，web端install时报[ERROR] oceanbase-ce’s servers list is empty.
【复现路径】黑屏操作：./ocp_installer.sh launch。web端install
【问题现象及影响】创建ocp失败
